Many of you have seen and been impressed with my business cards- aren’t they unique! Almost like thin credit cards, water-resistant, rounded corners with gorgeous colors and features. I’ve been impressed from start to finish with Print100- from the products to the customer service.
Customer service makes a huge difference when dealing with a company you will be giving regular business to- especially one whose work will represent your company! The customer service I’ve received from Print100 has been above and beyond my expectations. The original color on my cards was too dark- it was more brown than red. I contacted my rep and they acted instantly. They sent me a file to confirm the color correction, Fed Ex’d the corrected cards with the proper color my way.
I am almost glad there was an error on my cards- it gave me the chance to experience their problem resolution skills first hand, and they did an excellent job for me. By the way- my order was minimal- less that $100.00- and yet they treated me like a very important, high level customer, which- NOW, I will become!
